Vermont Properties have planning permission to construct a new £18million, 8 storey, 60,000 square feet office building with basement car parking.
The Vermont site sits alongside the Unity Development, and wraps around two sides of Yorkshire House.
The developers intend to create larger floorplates, thus Grade A space for SMEs (small & medium sized enterprises).
Work is expected to commence in 2008, and complete by the end of 2009.
