Construction Shed
Liverpool's building boom is creating great opportunities for careers in the construction industry.
In order to help local people acquire the skills they will need to meet this demand. Liverpool Community College is building a £1m construction shed in Vauxhall Road/Pumpfield Road.
The 5500 square metre Shed - due to be ready by Summer 2006 - will be divided into working bays to provide training in brickwork and plastering.
It is aimed at helping students receive training in areas it was not available previously.
