Paradise Project (Site 18) - Hanover Street Hotel
A new hotel for the city centre is planned on the corner of Hanover Street and Gradwell Street as part of the Paradise Project.
The 107 bedroom seven storey hotel will match the scale of the neighbouring Gostins Builidngs.
A key feature of the new building will be a courtyard which will give a dynamic atrium for the hotel.
Work is scheduled to start in Summer 2006 and be completed by Autumn 2008.
