Paradise Project (Site 20) - Hanover Street Retail and Multi-Storey Car Park
A new retail store will be created on the corner of Hanover Street and Seel Street as part of the Paradise Project.
It will involve the re-cladding of the existing building and there is the potential to emphasise the Hanover Street/Seel Street corner and also introduce colonnading along Hanover Street and part way along Seel Street.
The materials used will blend in with the Ropewalks area.
