Paradise Project (Site 14) - Lord Street Retail
A new shopping development at the corner of South John Street and Lord Street form an important element of the Paradise Project.
The 3 to 4 storey block will shape the entrance to South John Street. It will have two floors for retail with the second and third floor having ancillary retail uses.
It will be constructed using Portland stone, the dominant building material in Lord Street, but other materials may be used.
It is expected to be complete by November 2007.
