The Paradise Project - Chavasse Park Public Realm
The car park underneath Chavasse Park is to have a green roof and public art works. The open space at the park will also include water feature, paths and landscaping to the Old Dock area.
There will be a new customer-collect facility for John Lewis department store and upgraded finishes to the crossing of Strand Street from the park to the Albert Dock.
It is anticipated work will begin at the start of 2007 and be completed in summer 2008
