Paradise Project (Site 7) - Peter's Lane Retail and Apartments
The area between Paradise Street, College Lane, Peter's Lane and School Lane abutting the Russell Building forms an island site which will house a retail and residential development.
Two north-south wings will be residential and form strong edges to Paradise Street and Peter's Lane. On the east and west side will be shops with three levels of apartments above.
The ground floors shops will have frontages off Paradise Street and Peter's Lane, and there will also be 14 shop units on the first floor.
Access to the residential levels will be from College Lane. The roof of the shops can form a terrace garden for use by the residents.
Work is due to start in Summer 2006.
