Paradise Project (Site 5B) - New Manesty's Lane: Retail and Apartments
This will be a new building with two floors of shops topped by three floors of apartments with a roof garden.
It will turn the corner between New Manesty's Lane and Paradise Street, thus linking the two streets.
The ground floor will have shops with entrances off New Manesty's Lane and Paradise Street. The storey height allows for a mezzanine floor. The first floor will have six shops including a large corner unit. From the second to fourth floors there will be apartments with balconies to the rear and a roof garden overlooking the shops.
There will be 37 parking spaces for residents in the basement.
Work is expected to start in the summer of 2006 and be complete by 2008.
