Meridian Business Village, Hunts Cross
Meridian Business Village, Hunts Cross, is a new £9million development of 22 self contained office units arranged in blocks of two, three, four and five units ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 sq.ft. Construction work began in July 2007 and is expected to complete in late 2008.
The scheme, being constructed by developers Prospect, benefits from being 'Secured by Design' and incorporates secure fencing and gates, full CCTV coverage and ample car parking provision.
When completed, it will be capable of supporting more than 200 jobs.
