Jugglers Yard
Juggler's Yard is a contemporary and stylish scheme currently under construction by Iliad Properties at the junction of Vauxhall Road and Midghall Street.
The £15million development will provide an exciting and innnovative addition to the surrounding Marybone area, providing 57 residential apartments comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, live/work units and ground floor commercial space.
It has been named after Juggler Street, one of Liverpool's ancient thoroughfares which existed from the 11th century and was so called because of the jugglers and strolling players that used to gather in the area. Juggler Street was later renamed High Street in the 18th century.
Iliad Group was established in 1996 and specialises in the creation of residential and commercial schemes with a focus upon regeneration. The firm has undertaken a number of schemes across Liverpool, including the £50million East Village development in the Ropewalks area, which now includes two of the city's top restaurants - Sapporo Teppanyaki and Italian eaterie Il Forno.
