Planning permission has been granted to Frenson Limited for a restaurant/café-bar and offices.

The scheme involves the redevelopment of a currently derelict warehouse. The revival of this building increases the safety of the area and will provide a more pleasant environment for local residents and revellers alike.

Attracting more people into the area will have a positive effect on the local economy and create a greater business confidence through the new more attractive, safer environment. A strong local economy will attract further investment and will show good signs for the continuing redevelopment of the Ropewalks area.
