Old Haymarket Street Development - Phase 1 & 2
This Urban Splash scheme, built between 1997 and 2002, saw a new 105 bedroom Travelodge Hotel, new build and refurbished apartments for private and shared ownership, shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities.
It has successfully helped bring back life to a neglected part of the city centre.
A third and final phase is proposed.
