Venture Point is a development of ten serviced plots and small industrial units completed in 2005 by Langtree Developments. This high quality business park has been built to meet market demand for small and medium sized business owner occupiers, its 27,870 square metres of space being capable of providing 660 new jobs once fully let.
Amongst its tenants are F&G Stainless, who produce metal containers for clients in the adjacent life science industries including Glaxo, MedImmune, Unilever Research; and Lambini-maker Halewood International.

Venture Point West lies within Venture Point, and consists of a further 12 units over 2 hectares providing a further 5,770 square metres of high quality business, light industry and distribution space.
This development has been awarded the BREEAM "Excellent" rating, understood to be the first in the Northwest, for sustainability and environmental design incorporating many unique and attractive features that has assisted in the marketing of the scheme.
