The Symphony, Myrtle Street
The Symphony project saw the complete transformation of the former Ear and Eye Hospital on Myrtle Street into a stylish 58-apartment complex right in the heart of Liverpool's Cultural Quarter.
The Symphony is a classic Victorian red brick building and the development maintains the heritage of the building with contemporary features such as a modern glass extension built around a magnificent internal atrium and garden with access from all apartments and secure underground car parking.
This £9 million scheme by Downing Developments also includes 7,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial/office space. It was completed in 2004.
