The first phase of Liverpool Science Park will develop incubator units for new breakout businesses from the Universities
Situated in Mount Pleasant in the heart of the City Centre and close to both Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool, the Liverpool Science Park Innovation Centre (LSPIC) offers innovation-led businesses unrivalled facilities in a central location.
With access to the expertise of world-class research institutions on its doorstep, the LSPIC is perfect location for young research-based companies with intellectual property in the science, engineering, biotechnology and IT sectors.
The architect-designed and fully managed facility houses units suitable for businesses ranging in size from start-ups to more established concerns.
Work started on this £11m development in early 2005, and was completed in early 2006. The developers were Neptune on behalf of the Science Park Company.
