Marybone- Apartment Development
A demolished pub at Marybone/Great Crosshall Street provides the site for a scheme by Harvey Developments to create a new apartment building.
The £1.7m development will create 18 apartments and is scheduled for completion in Early 2006.
The regeneration of Liverpool will see the derelict and unused properties and sites replaced with new buildings and refurbishments which help draw in the facilities needed to help bring life back to the neglected parts of the city centre.
This development will help rejuvenate the area and help stop further degradation and provide a safer, more pleasant environment for locals and visitors.
Attracting more people into the area will have a positive effect on the local economy and create a greater business confidence through the new more attractive, safer environment. A strong local economy will attract further investment and will show good signs for the continuing redevelopment of the business district.
