Liverpool Arts Village, Henry Street
Liverpool Arts Village at 20-26 Henry Street, 9-15 York Street and 1-5 Lydia Ann Street was a £3million mixed use development comprising artists studios, coffee bar, 22 studio flats and offices.
It was built by Maritime Housing Association, and completed in 2004.
The development re-used a number of former warehouses in the Ropewalks area which had been vacant for over 20 years.
