Kings Waterfront Main Infrastructure
Work is now finished to provide the necessary infrastructure to support the Kings Waterfront development which will bring a top quality arena and exhibition centre along with hotels, shops , leisure developments and apartments to the banks of the Mersey.
The infrastructure contract - worth about £13.75m - provided all of the main services, footpaths, street lighting , access routes and public realm required to support the development of the entire site.
The Substations awere completed by May 2006, and the car park access road by August 2006
