The Foundation, Brownlow Hill
"The Foundation" was constructed to the north of the Metropolitcan Cathedral of Christ the King by Neptune Developments Ltd in 2005.
This £8million building provides office and ground floor retail space with basement level parking.
One of its aims is to provide office space for newly created companies that started whilst in the nearby Liverpool Science Park (will open a new window) and which have outgrown the space there.
