Dakota Business Park, Speke
Created by property developer Priority Sites in partnership with Liverpool Land Development Company, the £3.8million Dakota Business Park has two distinct elements:-
- The first consists of hybrid business units of two storey, high specification office accommodation at the front. To the back is full height warehouse accommodation with 6m clearance and 4.5m up and over loading doors.
- The second element has high specification office new, fully-fitted office units. These units start at 1,512 sq ft and go up to 6,904 sq ft.
The scheme was completed in early 2007, and sits next to the David Lloyd Sports Centre housed inside the former Liverpool Airport's Hangar 4.
