Beetham Tower and Radisson SAS Hotel
The recently completed Beetham Tower sits on Liverpool's famous waterfront overlooking the River Mersey. Created by the Beetham Organisation on the site of the former St Paul's Eye Hospital, it was completed at the end of 2004.
The 30 storey glazed tower is currently the tallest new residential building in the Northwest and accommodates 132 residential apartments, including seven duplex penthouses.
Included in the £40m development is the 200 bed Radisson SAS hotel which includes a health spa, bars, restaurants, conference rooms and basement parking.
There is also a 140,000 square feet office block which is fully occupied and whose tenants are a government agency and computer work processing centre.
