Back Berry Street Stables

An old stables in the heart of Liverpool city centre has been converted to offices in a development by Frenson Limited.

The £700,000 development at Back Berry Street also saw an extension to a courtyard with associated site works.

The refurbishment of the existing stables brought life back into a previously derelict building while maintaining original features and retaining a part of the city's heritage. The refurbishment created a safer more pleasant environment for locals and visitors to enjoy.

Creating 3,000 square feet of office space also brought an animated atmosphere back into this area of Liverpool with increased spending in the local economy creating greater business confidence.

Work started in September 2005 and was completed in May 2006.
