Albany Apartments

The Albany is a stunning Grade II* listed building which has beautiful detail and has retained a wealth of features including magnificent marbled pillars and ornately plastered ceiling with a  unique foliage design.

Now this important part of Liverpool's architectural heritage has been brought back into use with a £22m development by Albany Assets and David McLean contractors.

The development has provided 123 high quality apartments - which contain many original features alongside contemporary design elements - along with 84 car parking spaces provided by a stacking system.

There is also a restaurant which serves the central business district, private dining rooms and commercial accommodation.

The Albany's unique central courtyard has also been restored to form a stunning private oasis.

Work started in the Autumn of 2003 and was completed in the spring of 2006.
